Regenerative Agriculture
Growing fruits, vegetables, and grains for our restaurant, brewery (coming soon), on site farm store. We manage a micro-dairy, laying hens, and holistic planned grazing for the health of the soil.
Wild Texas Brewing (coming soon)
Our on-farm brewery uses locally and regeneratively sourced ingredients to craft unique brews. Including beer, wine and kombucha.
