Online shop Return Policy

All items purchased from the online shop are FINAL SALE with the exception of perishable items that are damaged during transit. Unfortunately we cannot exchange clothing items for different sizes at this time. If your item(s) arrived damaged please email us at howdy@sovereigntyranch.com and we can provide you with a refund with proof of purchase.

Proof of Purchase

The emailed receipt serves as a proof of purchase for the item you would like to refund.

Farm event refund policy

Tickets to farm events and farm tours that were purchased through the Sovereignty Ranch website can be refunded before the event date or after the event date on a case-by-case basis. Please email howdy@sovereigntyranch.com if you have any questions or need to request a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are made by crediting the original method of payment if proof of purchase is provided; in some cases, a Sovereignty Ranch Gift Card or Check will be issued.
