2. Online Shop Purchases

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or shipping limitations. Product descriptions, photos, and packaging are provided as accurately as possible, but natural products may vary in size, color, texture, and appearance.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe listed at checkout, but shipping dates are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier accepts the package, unless otherwise required by law. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because we sell perishable and/or farm-based products, returns are limited. We only accept returns or refunds if an item arrives spoiled, damaged, or compromised in transit. To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide order information and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by law, we do not accept returns on opened food items, perishable goods, consumable products, custom orders, sale items, or items damaged after delivery due to improper storage, handling, or misuse. Seasonal or limited-availability items may also be final sale if stated on the product page.

6. Events

Tickets and event registrations are subject to availability and may be transferred or canceled only if stated on the event page or in our separate event policy. Unless otherwise stated, event tickets are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change event details, speakers, activities, schedules, or location when necessary for safety, weather, staffing, or operational reasons.

7. Accommodations

Bookings for on-site lodging or other accommodations are subject to the rules provided at booking or in your reservation confirmation. Guests agree to respect the property, neighbors, animals, and quiet hours, and to follow all check-in, occupancy, and safety requirements. We may refuse or terminate a stay for conduct that is unsafe, illegal, destructive, or disruptive, without a refund to the extent permitted by law.

Our farm products, events, and accommodations may involve outdoor conditions, animals, uneven terrain, allergens, insects, weather exposure, and other natural risks. You assume responsibility for your own health and safety, including supervising children and following posted instructions.
